Bonnie Cox, 69, died at 10:40pm, Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, from complications of a triple bypass surgery at Memorial Hermann in Woodlands,TX. She passed peacefully and was blessed to be able to say goodbye to her family.
Bonnie was born 19 Dec 1948 in Oakland, California and was a long term resident of Spring, Texas.
She worked as an Accountant for Nabisco, receptionist at Volta, was a business owner - Busy-B Secretarial, rescued animals, and lived her life well. We are all proud of her accomplishments as a mother, wife, and her life.
Bonnie’s smile, kindness, and love for all impacted so many lives! Her kind nature and joy always lit up the room wherever she was with life and love. She was an amazing mother, wife, grammy and best friend. Always there for her family, animals, and for those in need. Bonnie had a strong love for rescuing small dogs as a foster and adopter. Her life was a living example of love, compassion and adding kindness back into the world.
She is survived by Chad Cox, son; Larry Cox, husband; grandchildren, Conor, Tristyn, Kaynah; great grandchild, Cayden; sister, Sandy Drenner. Bonnie is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Ann Poehls; and her parents, Corky and Andrew McCombe.
There will be a memorial to celebrate her life on 17 March 2017, 2-4pm, at Church Project, 295 Sawdust Road, Spring, TX 77380
