Obituary
Dustin Bergh
September 14, 1993 - March 05, 2017

Dustin Bergh was born on September 14th, 1993 in Edina, MN and graduated from life here on earth to life in Heaven on Sunday March 5th 2017 while being surrounded by family and friends.

During his short 23 years here, Dustin really lived a life full of love, compassion and joy! He graduated from Milaca High School in 2012 with honors and quickly went on to being a full-time student at the University of Northwestern in Roseville. His focus of study at UNW was nursing, which he desired to use to help others become well and to feel loved along the way. He was employed at BioLife as a phlebotomist and also worked as a house counselor for ACR Homes.

Shortly after the start of his freshman year of college, Dustin met the one who would turn out to be his wife - Hannah (Carter). Their friendship bloomed into a beautiful legacy of love that so many of us know about today. On November 5, 2016, Dustin and Hannah exchanged wedding vows fully knowing the recent diagnosis of an extremely rare stage 4 cancer, but having just a mere glimpse of the challenges that waited ahead of them.

Dustin’s faith was the center of his life. At a very young age, he asked Jesus into his heart and that faith-base grew year-after-year until it became the center of what made Dustin - Dustin. Growing up, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting guns with his brother Geoff. He loved to mess around with fireworks and sparklers, play board games, laugh, zip line, jog, and talk about anything that was on his mind at the time. But most of all, Dustin loved to love people.

Dustin is survived by his wife Hannah (Carter) Bergh, his brother Geoff George (wife: Brittany), his mother Julie Anderson (husband: Mike); his father Charles (fiancé: Barb); stepbrother and stepsister Louis Anderson (fiancé: Cheyenne) Lauren Anderson; Nikki and Zack Sears (Barb’s children); his grandparents: Duane and Mildred Whittlef (Julie) and Frank and Annie Bergh (Charles) as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is also survived by his in-laws:  the Carter family. Doug and Susan (Hannah’s parents), Brooke (husband: Jason), Tabitha (husband: Nick), Rebekah (Chase), Lydia, Joseph and Elizabeth as well as many, many friends who meant the world to him.

Dustin was preceded in death by his brother Ryan and his cousin Evan Walker.
