| Professional Biography:
ED BOCKO, JR. was Managing Director of PROTRAN Resources Inc., a Human Resources consulting practice founded in 1985 and based in Sharon, Massachusetts. He designed and implemented training, recruiting and outplacement programs, primarily in the biotechnology and high technology arenas. Ed also served as a contracted recruiter for biotech/industrial companies including Biogen, Inc., RepliGen, Inc., Gene-Trak, Inc., Serono Laboratories, Inc., Pfizer Central Research, Inc., and Genzyme, Inc.
An avid NASCAR fan and former auto racing driver, he once earned the title of the “newest employee of the Town of Sharon, Massachusetts” when he began driving a special needs school van for the local government during his free time away from his consulting practice.
Ed Bocko earned his B.S. in Education from Northeastern University and completed his M.S. in Industrail and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island. Ed has been featured seminar/workshop speakers at several national and international scientific meetings. |
