Margaret Ann Sullivan Kelly was born on August 14, 1940 in Boston, MA and was known as Peggy to all who knew and loved her.  Peggy grew up in the greater Boston metropolitan area and graduated from St. Gregory's Catholic School in Dorchester in 1958 where she was a cheerleader and President of her Senior Class.  She then went on to attend the State College at Salem, MA, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1962.  Later she continued her formal education and in 1975, was granted a Master of Science Degree from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA.
