Glencove, New York From 1979 – 2000, Bill Siebert was a Criminal Investigator with the Department of Treasury, United States Customs Service, Office of Investigations. Today that organization is now Immigration and Customs Enforcement, under the Department of Homeland Security. During his law enforcement career, he conducted complex investigations and successful prosecutions involving the sexual exploitation of children, drug trafficking, money laundering, financial fraud, commercial fraud, and the illegal exportation of munitions list items.
Bill’s training and experience in computer forensics began in 1991. He has successfully recovered critical digital evidence pursuant to computer forensic examinations, in support of Federal, State, and local law enforcement criminal investigations.
