Point Fortin - Trinidad
Acha Mbiwan made his entry into the world as the second child born to Mr. Ebai A. Mbiwan and Mrs. Elizabeth E. Mbiwan nee Mbongo, on November 25 1959, (a day before his mother's birthday), in Point Fortin, Trinidad, in The West Indies. This boy who wound up being an only son started off his brilliant academic career at the Basel Mission Boys Primary School, Victoria, (now Limbe). In 1969, when he was barely 10 years old, he followed in his father's footsteps and enrolled in St. Joseph's College Sasse, from where he graduated with 9 G.C.E. "O" Level papers, which is quite an achivement now, to talk much less of in that day and time! He went on to attend the Cameroon College of Arts, . . .
