I'm so saddened by the news of Dave's passing. I met Dave and Daniella, when they were my neighbors on Allen Street in Arroyo Grande, in 2001. Dave and I became fast friends, he was just the happiest, most generous person anyone could ever know. There were no bad days in Dave's world. He had the most infectious smile and laugh, I can hear him chuckle now. When I moved to SLO in '06, we'd meet up at Farmer's Market and catch up on life. It was great to watch Joey grow up. My heart goes out to Daniell and Joey. Life is too short and I miss you like a brother. God bless you my friend :-)

What can I say about Dave Massey. He is Pats best buddie for sure and a big part of my life. The first time I met Dave we stayed with him in Turlock at his place. He had befriended a dog he called one eyed jack, for obvious reasons. The morning after we stayed at his place he woke me up to a cup of coffee, as he climbed in bed with us to say good morning. Um I was laughing the whole time. That gynormas smile on his face and that giggle. I consider him family. Most days there was a phone call from Dave at our house and I spoke with him often, we would always end the conversation on a happy note and he would say that he felt better after the talk. I will miss that . We will miss the opportunity to bond with Dave and the times we shared. Daniela knows how we love and support her. As I spend time looking at pictures, working on a memorial photo presentation for Dave, I am drawn to one central theme,he was always smiling. I have so many memories that were so Dave. He was a true friend and a very unique person with such a big heart. That giggle will never leave my memory as that is what I loved about Dave, his true zest for life. I will see you again....thanks for the memories. ;0)

Dave was a special human being that deeply cared about everyone he met. I knew him in high school and college as a person that went out of his way to help everyone around him. At his job, he was always hiring people to help them out. Dave was a good man and I feel fortunate to have known him. He was a true friend and helped me out in my life many times and I am truly grateful to have known him. God speed David, I will miss you and all the awesome times that we had back in the day.

My sympathy to David's family. The news brought back many memories of David,Mike and myself running around Fullerton between my house and the Massy house where I was always welcomed. Hearing of David's passing gives me a heavy heart but my memories of him make me smile. May God bless David's family in these difficult times.

My deepest sympathy to the Massey family, may the God of all comfort be with you during this sad time death is an enemy and God promised to conquer it by means of the resurrection Jesus said do not be amazed because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. May the fun memories you have of David continue to live on, you have my condolences.

Many fun memories from high school days! It wasn't a party until Dave walked in the door. My heart goes out to Dave's wife, son, and the rest of the Massey family.
