Judith ("Judy") Mosher was a loving wife to Jerry Q. Mosher, mother to Kymberly (Kelly) Kent, and step-mother to Misty (Mosher) Robbins.  Larger than life and full of energy, Judy loved education, pouring herself into her students, first in the New York public school system, and then at the Indian River High School community of Chesapeake, VA.  Even while fighting a long battle with Multiple Scleroris, she nonethless was an avid motorcyclist, bowler, and lover of the outdoors, in addition to being an outstanding educator.  She leaves behind generations of students who called her not only teacher (Mrs. Mosher), but "Mom."  She will be missed by many.
