Kevin Starks was the Chairperson of the San Diego Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities.  He joined the committee in 2003 as a committee member and took the helm in 2007 as the Chairperson.  Over the past two years the committee has grown exponentially in both membership and in services provided to people with disabilities.  He spearheaded efforts in improving the committee’s presence in the community and strengthening its relationships with the City, other organizations providing services to people with disabilities and the employer community.  In addition as the Chairperson for the Committee, he also served as the Chairperson of the Jobtoberfest committee which hosts a Job Fair for people with disabilities every October in conjunction with the National . . .
