Kris J.Phillips Sr. was born to the union of Richard J. & Elaine B. Phillips of New Orleans La. Grandson of Bishop Louis & Ella Banks & Joseph & Mary Phillips, Godmother Denise Coleman. Kris was the youngest of (4) kids.  Kris attended the wonderland Day Care Center at the age of 9 months.  Later Kris attended Hardin Elementary School,Lawless Jr. High and graduated from George Washington Carver Sr. High. While attending his senior high school year Kris was a member of the football team where his position was a kicker and a wide reciever. when he palyed baseball his position was centerfield.  Also in his senior year Kris was one of the 1st student  that was chosen for the 1st Fire Cadet Programs at G.
